Preorders
- Preorder purchases are not confirmed until the products are delivered.
- We reserve the right to cancel any preorder if demand is insufficient.
- If a preorder is cancelled, all affected orders will be fully refunded.
- Due to operational limits, preorder quantities are capped. Orders exceeding this cap will be refunded, but will receive priority in future preorder events.
Our Status
We may include links to third-party websites, whether affiliated or not. We do not guarantee the quality of products purchased from these external sites.
Price and Payment

Product prices are listed on our site and may change over time, except in cases of obvious error.

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. If a product’s correct price is lower than listed, we will charge the lower amount. If it is higher, we may honor the listed price, contact you for confirmation, or cancel the order.

We are not obligated to sell any product at an incorrect (lower) price, even if you have received an order confirmation.
Refund Policy
You may return or exchange items within 60 calendar days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. Approved exchanges will be shipped within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We cover shipping for exchanged items sent back to you.
Our Liability
- We guarantee that products purchased from our site meet satisfactory quality standards.
- Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.
- Unless otherwise stated, product warranties are provided by the respective brand owner.

Our obligations under any contract will be suspended during the Force Majeure Event. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation and resume performance as soon as possible.
